hello! My name is Kaitlyn Lucente. I graduated college from Miami University (OH), spring of 2022, where I majored in Studio Art; Photography.
I have always had a passion for photography, but it wasn't until my sophomore year of college that i really started to immerse myself in the media. I started my college experience majoring in architecture, then shortly realized a year later that this was not my calling. I decided to take a leap of faith and major in photography, hoping i would finally find that creative medium i wanted to pursue. If i had not had the confidence i did to switch majors, i would have never been able to express my creative mind through photography.
I have taken multiple Digital and film photography courses to enhance my skills in adobe products, as well as explore my interests involving photography. I worked as a digital and print photographer for Up magazine at Miami university, which is a student-run fashion magazine. While working for Up Magazine, I discovered my love for editorial fashion photography.
This portfolio showcases some of my most beloved photoshoots I have photographed over the years, as well as some of my favorite art pieces I have created recently.
